Issue of Photo ID Cards to LIFE MEMBERS of the Society

We've planned to issue PHOTO ID cards to LIFE MEMBERS of the Society and shall provide PVC/Laminated cards to all during our National Conference on 14-15 March 2026 at Visva-Bharati. We require following details for the cards,

3. AFFILIATION:__________________

4. RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS: ___________________

 

Please send the information to this mail along with one high resolution stamp size photograph in JPEG format.

 

Those who are unable to participate in the National Seminar and wish to have the cards sent through post may send their mailing address as well. We'll be dispatching the cards to all respected LIFE MEMBERS in due time after the seminar is over.
