Annual General Meeting _26.02.22

A virtual Annual General Meeting of the society was held on February 26, 2022 at 1600 hrs. with the following agenda after the Annual Convention was held in the forenoon.
- Confirmation of the proceedings of the last General Body Meeting;
- Secretary’s Report;
- Constitution of office bearers for next term;
- Financial statement of the Society by the Treasurer;
- Appointment of auditor for the year 2022-23
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
